Mitered Glass

Mitered (engineered) glass provides beautiful unobstructed panoramic views of Harbor Hills. This optional upgrade has been installed in this heavily customized Castello. Each piece of glass is set and adhered together on the job site.

Self Defense Class

A self defense class for women was held at the clubhouse on Monday. Chief Ed did a great job instructing the class on the basic skills of self defense. Gentlemen beware these ladies know how to handle themselves!

Meet the Baylesses!

Larry and Carolyn Bayless are originally from Indiana and currently share time between Sebring, Florida and Burnsville North Carolina. They have traded their careers as the operators of Bayless Hybrids, a hybrid seed corn production company in Indiana, for the pleasures of golfing, fishing, playing cards, crafts, and going for nature walks. Additionally, they enjoy eating out and traveling and hopefully their retirement will allow for a return to ballroom dancing. They have a son and a daughter that both live in Evansville, Indiana as well as seven grandchildren.

They enjoy the friendly country atmosphere of Harbor Hills; the rolling hills and wildlife on the golf course, as well as the friendly neighbors and family atmosphere.

The New Faces of Harbor Hills

Several of us here at Harbor Hills have been in touch with those of you who are in the process of planning your move to Harbor Hills and we have found that you are an interesting group of people with wonderful stories to tell. We thought it might be nice if you told them to each other!

The Siena

The Siena makes its first appearance on the blog. This 1680 square foot home boasts luxury amenities often found on much larger homes; such as dual vanity sinks, separate shower and tub in the master bathroom, a breakfast area in the kitchen and all of the standard options included with every home at Harbor Hills.

The Pond

Sod has been planted around the pond at Lakeview Village. When completed, this pond will be surrounded by a walking trail and serene landscaping.

Even the peacocks have to get approval from Harbor Hills controlled access to enter our community. 

The Venice receives interior paint

The GREAT room of this Venice has just received a new coat of paint. This view is looking towards the kitchen and entrance way to the foyer. This unique home is absolutely beautiful.

Harbor Hills Chics

The chicks have arrived! Walking neatly behind their mother, protected from the hot sun, these newly hatched peacock chics explore their new home.

The pond at LakeView Village

The pond at LakeView Village is in the process of being lined to retain water. Many of the lots in LakeView Village will have great views of this enormous pond.
