Best of 50+ Housing Awards

It is with great pride and pleasure that we announce that Harbor Hills has won two National Best of 50 Plus Awards from the NAHB 50+Housing Council. Awards will be given at the Awards Luncheon in January as part of the International Builders Show in Orlando.
One award was for our French Country Castello pictured here.
Judges comments were:
"A secondary hallway does a good job of separating the house, while the covered patio has a great relationship to the living areas of the home. Judges also appreciate the bumpouts in the master bedroom. "
The other was for our Radio Commercial.
Judges comments for the Radio Commercial were:
"Judges felt the catchy, upbeat memorable tune was a successful use of the medium."
You can hear the jingle on our website www.harborhills.com
Congratulations to all involved especially Mitch Kunik, and Ron Rickert II from Affiniti architects of Boca Raton, Florida for their great design. And lets not forget the Ireson's who picked the colors of their great looking home.
