Harbor Hills Member-Member tourney has concluded, after a nailbiting three hole shootout. The overall winning team and Grand Champions for 2008 were David Hoffman and Reinhold Hammer who also won their Hogan flight.  David and Reinhold are seen here celebrating with their wives.

Both the Hammers and the Hoffmans are recent Harbor Hills Homeowners who have had homes built by Harbor Hills Development in the last couple of years.

David Hoffman also won the Member Guest Tournament a coupl of weeks ago with his guest Ron Steinert.

Way to go guys.....

Richmond Express Home

Recently a Richmond express home was placed under contract. The couple was able to walk into their new home under construction and pick out their flooring, cabinets, countertops, all of their colors, and many more features. Pictured below is their home currently under construction:

Titanic Party

A black-tie event of Titanic proportion was held yesterday evening on the anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. This formal member’s only event was complete with a greeting in the main deck complimented by a flautist and pianist. A bon voyage send off cocktail party was held on our terrace over looking beautiful Lake Griffin as our guests enjoyed a marching band. A delicious meal was served in the dining galley and the main saloon was open for casino style fun. A caricaturist and photographer were on hand to capture the evening.

Congratulations to David Hoffman and Ron Steinert
Not only did David and Ron sweep their flight at this year's Harbor Hills Member-Guest Tournament, but they WON THE WHOLE ENCHILADA!!Surviving the three hole playoff for each of seven flight-winning teams, only two teams remained. In a total nailbiter (believe me), David's superior chip clinched the win! The chip was struck to thunderous applause, as the neighbors, in golf carts, celebrated the victory! More surprises were in store for the Dynamic Duo at the banquet that evening. The winners, David and Ron, received a standing ovation and accepted their trophies (which looked remarkably like the Heiseman!) Additional prizes included: golf bags by Cadillac, gold-engraved putters and the prized Harbor Hills jacket, suitable for wearing at next year's banquet. A fantastic time was had by all!
