Bella Vista at Harbor Hills Custom Home

The Harbor Hills Country Club development team was proud to be chosen to build this innovative custom dream home. This beautiful new masterpiece was first envisioned and hand drawn by its proud new homeowners. They chose Bella Vista at Harbor Hills for its beautiful scenery featuring oak tree lined streets and its elevated views of our award winning championship golf course all within a private gated community.

The partnership between the new homeowners and the Harbor Hills Development team spent several months designing every detail of this grand new home. This masterpiece features an innovative floor plan that has been designed to meet the specific lifestyles of its owners.

The kitchen features an abundance of custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, and top of the line Wolf and sub-zero appliance. The kitchen opens to a massive great room featuring an over sized dinning area, a custom hand-made entertainment center, and a wine room.

The Master Bedroom Suite features an exercise room and opens into a grand Master Bathroom. The Master Bathroom is adorned with custom cabinetry, a soaking tub surrounded by granite and a large walk in shower.

The Master Bedroom Suite also features the closet of dreams, as pictured below.

Each of the other guest suites features extra large rooms, walk-in closets, and its own private baths.

The lanai is also a show stopper. It features over 1700 square feet under roof complete with a custom made summer kitchen and brick pavers. There are many more innovative features, decorative designs, and top of the line finish materials that complete this true masterpiece.
