This is a buyers market right?

Your probably like many saying, “I’ll wait around to see what else comes on the market and make a low ball offer.” Not so fast! Believe it or not prices in our community are rising. Over the last few years we've gone from over 75 homes on the market to just under 30. If you were lucky enough to buy a home in 2009 or 2010 your home has probably increased in value. Homes that are being purchased today are about 2% to 4% more than they were then. So what are you waiting for?
