Large Mouth Bass Caught at Harbor Hills Country Club

In just a few short weeks the Sunshine Showdown will hit the Lake Harris Chain and the best of The Elite Series of The Bassmasters tour will be looking for that ever so popular largemouth bass. The last time the Elite Series came to the Harris Chain of Lakes. Mike McClelland had a 3 day total of 59 pounds, 2 ounces for the win. The Harris Chain of Lakes is made up of nine lakes that total about 76,000 surface acres in Central Florida, including Lake Griffin which borders Harbor Hills Country Club. As the pro's get ready, Harbor Hills own resident Mr. Gentalen found this 9 pound whopper at the bottem of Orange Canal earlier today.
