We would like to introduce two new members of Management of our growing organization.
Kyle Snyder started on April 2nd as Director of Construction of Harbor Hills Development. Kyle came to us from Levitt and Sons Cascade’s developments in Clermont and Groveland where he served as Director of Construction for 3 years.
Prior to that he was a Construction Project Manager for Pulte Homes.
The addition of Kyle will give us an opportunity to catch up and give Rick Rogers some time to start to develop the next phase on top of the hill. For the time being continue to contact Rick Rogers about the progress of your home until Kyle catches up.
Kyle’s immediate goal will be to help us get caught up with our construction process and hopefully whittle down the time it takes to build a home here at Harbor Hills.
Long term it is Kyle’s wish to maintain Harbor Hills as the premier development in Central Florida.

At the end of March Bob Feczko joined Harbor Hills as a Director of Food and Beverage for Harbor Hills Country Club.
Bob comes to us from the Villages at Lady Lake where he held a position as Front House Manager at Up the Creek Fish Camp and Grill.

Welcome aboard to both Kyle and Bob.
