A Champion lives among us.

Jan Wilson phoned us this afternoon from Pittsburg to report the exciting news that she had won the gold medal in her age division for bowling at the National Senior Olympics/Games. (Not sure of the proper name/title of the event). This is quite an achievement! She rolled a 567 series to beat her closest competition by one point.

As you may know, the Seniors from all over the country were in Pittsburg to compete in their various sports, etc. Jan was the gold medal winner from the state competition in the Villages in her age group.
