Bamm! That's the Essence...
Yesterday a cooking school was held with our executive and sous chefs, and with Steve our General Manager (showing off his cooking skills). Participants learned about making simple, yet elegant, cocktail party fare. They also got to sample their creations. I snuck in there for an official taste testing. If anyone is preparing those creations at their next party, I will happily attend; although, it may be difficult to get me to leave. (At least until the food is all gone : )
